Sarah thanks for your PM I will text you. And thank you to all of you for your advice can't wait to change my avatar to a big pair of BOOBS !! Oh i had one last question. What if something doesn't go right in the procedure and you need to go under the knife again or need longer on going care, does what you pay include some kind of potential follow up? Or do you need to pay again or pay for some private help? Thanks girlies

My surgeon works from spite tunbridge wells as well as Nuffield and spire in brighton - Brent tanner. My 2nd choice was paul Banwell or who's at mcindoe in East grinstead. Brent tanner offers a free consultant so worth looking up and absolutely no pressure from him!

You can always go to commercial company for a free consulatation for just something to compare to.
However,if mr tanner doesn't have a consulation fee, book one with him again even if it's just for comparison x

Hey [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Welcome to the group =) Mines in 21 days EEK but I'm actually going to Prague for mine, If I did have it in the UK, I would certainly only have chosen a BAAPS surgeon because of these lovely ladies info. The only reason I'm comfortable with my trip to Prague is because the clinic I'm going to is highly rated and is the training ground for Johnson and Johnson (who own MENTOR) and will be having Mentor implants =) I agree with the other ladies, research and consultants to give you an idea of what you'll be having. x

I'm really happy with Mr tanners work! My boobs aren't 100% perfect but I think that's down to my anatomy rather than his skill. A friend was also really happy with her results. More than anything though I've been impressed by his commitment after the procedure, I saw him weekly post op for first month and then about 2 or 3 times since then. The reassurance of doing this has been great and if there were any issues they'd be picked up quickly. That said, who is right for 1 person, isn't neccessariliy right for the next. I choose him as I felt really comfortable with him as a person and liked his attitude and direction. He was committed to getting me a result I liked and even said if the size he choose for me didn't turn out to get a good result he'd take them out and start again saying "nothing is forever" so that was reassuring. I also really liked Banwell, but I recommended him to a friend and she hated him!!! So it's all about personal choice! Have the free consult just to get the research going. It will only be 30 mins but will give you an insight into the possibilities and from there you can explore your options.

Hi, get a consultation with a more commercial clinic then one with a BAAPS surgeon to see the difference. It may be worth paying a little extra for a BAAPS surgeon. Aftercare is one of the things you need to ask about in the consultation xx

Hello there and welcome x i think it's important to decide what look you want to go for and what's important to you. I have anatomical subfascial placement with 410 extra high profiles and I am more than happy. I had rounds first but I had complications so am now only 14 weeks post op with my new boobies. Over a year in and finally got the look I wanted

Thanks Zum ! Cant wait to read your story once you have had them done ! Hi mammamia ! Just realised you were in west sussex too I will check out Mr Tanner. Its true whats right for one might not be right for the other.. Your boobs all look great so I think the key is definitely finding the right person. Hi Anne! thanks for the advice I will make sure I print the pre consultation notes from the website, it is all so useful. I can't believe I didn't know this website. Hi Loui! Im glad you got what you wanted, must be quite frustrating not achieving it the first time. May I ask what complications you had the first time round? Dont worry if you dont fancy sharing.                                                                                                            So In your opinion guys since Im looking for this type of look what would you call it? Fake or natural, Im not sure anymore - Ah It just came back saying I can't post an external link because Im a newbie ! So I said it previously, I love Elsa Patakys boobs. If you (can be bothered!) type into google elsa pataky topless beach its the first picture in images. Is it fake or natural looking?

But the surgeon will obviously advise shape and profile once he's seen your anatomy! You've already done the hard bit of finding the look you want!

I didn't have my surgery with mr tanner, I had mine weigh mr Percival in london.
However mr tanner is baaps register and if he offers a free consulation go for it. Even if it's just a starting point for future consulations to compare to.

Many baaps surgeons charge for their consulations

Thanks MrsB ! Can I ask why you didn't go ahead with tanner? Sorry Im starting to annoy even myself with all my questions... Its just so nice to be able to talk about it. Wasn't it a pain to travel from London to Brighton after the procedure and for check up? Thanks ladies for your opinions on the boobs,  natural looking thats what i thought !

I never had a consulation with mr tanner Hun.

Mr Percival has done all of mine.

My husband drove up there on the day of op, I was a day case and drive home took around 2 hours , 1hour of that was just through central london!!
It wasn't too bad. As for check ups for my week wound check with the nurse I arranged for my own gp nurse to do it. Both my surgeon and the gp nurses were morevthan happy to do it and in fact I got 2 wound checks with my local nurse. Then just went for my 6 week check and took advantage of being in london by having a little mooch around the shops x
