Side sleeping -
Hello ladies how long before I can try side sleeping I'll be 4 weeks post op on Wednesday, I'm desperate to sleep on my side, I keep waking up with my head turned to the side and my neck hurts, so wondering if I could try side sleeping now if I used my v pillow ?

Did your clinic not say? Give them a call and double check, but you should be ok to now

Re: Side sleeping -
I started sleeping on my side from 2.5 weeks, as long as you're in a position where there's no pain or discomfort you'll be fine x

I find I'm turning over in my sleep now. Can't remember who it was said it but I wear rolled up socks in between my boobs just in case.

Your body will soon find its own most comfortable position. And yes, if you find you're a bit achy at first roll up some socks and put them in your cleavage for extra support!

Oh yes fab avi! Is that a bra or bikini?! Where's it from?!
I slept on my side from about 4 weeks but tried as much as possible to stay on my back.

Re: Side sleeping -
You'll be fine roses, as said use a rolled up sock to cushion between your boobs to stop the Achey feeling and them flopping.
Also use your v pillow to cuddle and give you more support. X

I think it'll end up being a bit small once the boobage has settled tho ! Literally was only brought as I wanted to see them in a bra for just a few moments !

Re: Side sleeping -
eeek im only 6 days post uplift op and have been ending up on my side for the last 2 hours of sleep. I'm still elevated and using pillows underneath for support. I have no pain but I'm worried I shouldn't be now?!

Re: Side sleeping -
I waited until I had the all clear from the surgeon. He told me 4 weeks but I was 5 weeks until I did. I had anatomical implants though so needed to check there was no risk of turning xx

Re: Side sleeping -
You'll be fine to do it now but it might not be comfy. Some girls can't sleep on their side or belly comfortably at all after BA even years post op x
