Re: When can you sleep on your side?
I slept on my side from about 2 weeks hugging a pillow as my boobs felt really heavy and uncomfy, but I needed to do it. I still hug my pillow find it's more comfy.

Same here. I'd say from about 2/3 weeks I slept on my side. If I sleep on my back I tend to have my arms about my head which is not good either so have been sleeping on my side from quite early on. Always slept on my front before (except when I was pregnant when I kind of slept how I do now - on my side but with outside leg at a right angle to my body kind of stopping me rolling onto my front.
Long as I 've got a decent sports bra on in bed i don't find it unconfortable at all and will proably continue like this for a while yet.

Oh thats great, thanks girls. I've been wanting to roll over onto my side so much, at least now i know i can if i want to. I'm getting more and more movement back in my arms and am not having any pain, so thats good too.

I've been sleeping on my side a little bit already - although I'm hugging a pillow like misf1 too, as my boobs feel heavy & difficult to turnover. Plus this !"*£$*% strap keeps my boobs firmly stuck in place. I just hate hate hate sleeping on my back!

Re: When can you sleep on your side?
i did by about week 3 but had to sleep with my arms out like a zombie so no pressure was put on them. it was bliss cos layin on my back made them feel like they were tryin to bust out of my armpits and ripping my chest in 2!

Re: When can you sleep on your side?
Thanks girls, i had to get up at 4am this morning because i felt figgety (soz spelling). Put my dressing gown on, went downstairs and slept on the settee, with a towel over me to use as a blanket!! The settee reclines, so it is more comfy than sleeping in bed at the moment.
I'll wait another week before trying on my side,- don't want to do any damage because i absolutely love my boobies, although last night i actually thought they looked small!! must have got used to them already
