Feeling stressed
Ok so everything's paid for. Travels arranged. Brought everything apart from my bras as they're out of stock but today I just feel really stressed all of a sudden and I don't know why. I should just be able to relax but feel really over whelmed :( dunno what I'm going to be like after if I'm like this now. Think it's just all become very real and I know this is what I want, just think it's sunk in after all these months it's actually gonna happen

Re: Feeling stressed
All perfectly normal feelings to have! I had it once I'd paid, it's like, Aaah it's real now! Try not to think about it too much, get the house ready (everything at elbow height) and focus on you. The stress will turn to nerves, but once you're done, it'll be nothing but joy!

Re: Feeling stressed
It's normal to get stressed and nervous before op , you wouldn't be human if you didn't ! Its the fear of the unknown, I deliberately left packing my bag until morning of op as I wanted to have something to do to keep my mind occupied giving me less time to worry. Now having had a BA and knowing what to expect , when the time comes for them needing done again think I will just be excited in run up to op and not the least bit nervous. XXX

Re: Feeling stressed
It's a big deal and you've waited so long it's no surprise you're anxious.
Good luck, am sure you will be fine and have some fabulous new boobies in no time.

Re: Feeling stressed
Thanks ladies. Made me feel like I'm not going mad. Just think it's hard for my mum who's coming with me to understand how I feel and keep getting told I'm blowing it out of proportion lol 9days to go.

Re: Feeling stressed
It's like a rollercoaster, you go through so many emotions and they get more erratic as u get closer to your big day, but enjoy them all. Your look back on this time and love the memory!!! It don't get much better than this, your living your dream!!! Xx
