I'm 6 months post op but I find sometimes in the afternoon's my breasts achy like a muscular ache?  Like a tightness still?  I find it worse sometimes if the top I'm wearing is tight and clingy. It's both really. Is this normal? X

They're going to be healing up to a year, aches are fine. Are you in wires all day? They just may not like them. Switch to. A sports bra for a bit

Thanks x 90% of the time I'm in my sports bra or non wired bra from peacocks as I'm still trying to encourage my right implant to drop. It's strange if I press them they aren't sore it's more aches like when I've pulled amuscle likens dull pain.  They are soft I'd say but in sporta bra they feel tight as they hold me in x
