really achy today 7 wks post ba
I've been on pain killers for a bad tooth for weeks m got used to my boobs not hurting and o thought they had stopped but now I'm no longer takin pain killers my breasts have been really aching and tender. With twangy hurry Sharp pains in both, sometimes under, sometimes over the tops, the sides. I'm sorry to moan but I'm worried sick at the mo. I rang the nurse yesterday n she said it's normal and speak to my surgeon on 31st March. I worry it's capsular contraction or something x

Hi, babe! It sounds awful that you're going through all shooting pains from every angle on your boobs! I really hope these ease off and eventually disappear for you!
Did your nurse seem concerned at all? I'm afraid I can't offer any professional advice as this has never happened to me. However, it could be the fact that you've maybe overdone it at the gym a bit and your boobs aren't used to this kind of exercise. Also, you might be focusing a lot on the pain because you're so worried so the pain might seem worse and emphasised because you're really focusing on it. Can you try taking a couple of paracetamols or having a nice warm bath? Just try and do your best to relax yourself as much as possible, babe. Also, I'd avoid doing upper body exercises at the gym until you're fully certain that it isn't doing any harm to your boobs.
Please don't be down about your boobs, babe, it's going to take time for them to heal externally and most importantly internally and unfortunately you have to have the patience of a saint haha!
Your avi is beautiful and your boobs look so big and full! :):)
Take care, babe xxxxx

I think it's almost definitely a) still healing and b) you've done yourself a mischief. The painkillers have just been masking it for a week. As I said before, slow down, stick with your sports bras for now, and ease yourself back into things a little at a time.

I love these bras u all have! Thanks ladies I do feel better now I'm back in my macom and I feel so much better, I hAbe a feeling the m n s bra was pushing them together n too tight n maybe that was part of it as I feel better still fringes but I hear that's normal. I'm giving the exercise a break still and going to stop poking them haha x
