the girls r 6 weeks old today. nurse has given me the thumbs up to start exercise again! been to spin this morning i loved every minute and the girls were secured in a macom an extreme support shock absorber and a gym top with a support panel in it so they were going no where!! my fitness is really reduced tbough so hoping to build it up. got my graduation tomorrow and my fjrst night out showing the girls off on friday for a celebration meal and next week i have a fancy ball to go to and i cant wait to finally feel proud of my body!!! so happy!! 6 weeks has gone so fast! oh and did i mention I LOVE MY BOOBIES!!!!! Cheerleader

No still in a sports bra. I was told to wear one night and day for 3 months but I have been told it ok to wear a normal bra for the odd occasion now!
