Stitches out! Empty Stitches out!

Post by Tilliex 10th April 2014, 7:08 pm

Had my stitches out today and my 3 week post-op meeting (can't have it at the actual 3 week mark as I'll be 350 miles away at uni). Apparently my incisions look like they're healing well. I forgot to ask if I was allowed to shower now but I assume I am? James put some sort of tape over the incisions which I guess is so they don't get infected? Also was told to wear 'loose-fitting' sports bras up until the 6 week mark - I was measured at m&s as being an E cup but they didn't have any sports bras in that size :( I tried primark too - where do you guys think I should try? I've bought a 36 D from tesco (normally a 32 band) and that fits okay... ideally I want padded ones as my nipples are still swollen and erect all the time :( any ideas where to buy them would be great! xxx

If you're a 32 band a 36 is going to be doing nothing for you. You still need it to fit, just maybe not high impact. I actually love the Lonsdale ones from sports direct. Light on your wallet too. 32 only goes to dd, but the fit ok. Try m+s online too

Yeah I thought I was pushing my luck with the Tesco one :/ I've still got the receipt so I'll return it. I'll look in Sports Direct when I'm back in town - didn't think about looking there, thanks Charlii :) xxx
