I just read it's to do with msg and heart rate. Mine is low anyway so found do me a favour. I had Chinese, could only manage half a plate but was lush! My ribs are so so sore it's putting me off my food x

I had it too....and even now 12 days later my belly is still big...just loose now! But it did take me 8 days to poo :/ Sorry, TMI! I feel SO MUCH heavier than before the op, but only 2lbs can be attributed to the implants! x

Re: Buddha belly
It's been a bit of a rollercoaster I won't lie!! All the pre-op worries soon fly out the window and are rapidly replaced with every possible post op worry going, but it's great being able to come on here and get some words of assurance every now and then (OK, a LOT in my case hehe). Morning boob is alleviating a little already too,, although I say that touching wood as knowing my luck it'll be back with a vengeance tomorrow ;)

Re: Buddha belly
I did. I was carrying a lot of water but I wasn't healthy eating for the first 2 weeks so over indulgence plus lack of exercise and I got it. Then boxing day I started healthy eating to combat the swell. Plenty of roast or stir fry veg fruit and lean meat and fish cut down on my carbs as I was basically loving on them n not a lot else n cut our processed sugar. I'm losing inches naturally which I know must be water retention.
