I'd be interested in hearing tips too, I wish I was feeling full though, I couldn't stop eating yesterday and I know that's just making the belly worse

You do have to eat babe... You've said preciously that body weight is already very low and you really don't want to hit targets were your BMI is so low it then becomes a concern do you sweetheart Hug you should also think about your healing. You 'need' a good healthy diet to help promote good healing too.

Try and eat little and often and you should be fine babe, but you do need to build up your appetite.

Walking really helps the Buddah belly, so maybe get yourself out for a nice walk today in the fresh air. Xx

2 glasses of prune juice, warm water helps, fiber, bran and fruit & veg avoid sodium and artificial sweeteners. It sounds like you have boobie blues. Just remember this bloating is temporary and your flat tummy is still there. If you are in a lot of pain try a mild laxative, but try the prune juice or warm water first. Peppermint cordial in warm water has always helped with any bloating pain I've had.
