They look flat from the front?
Hi, girls!! I hope you're all well :)
I'm a bit worried that my breasts look small. They look very flat from the front view. I don't know if this is because i'm only 1 day post-op or if it's just because i haven't got a natural cleavage? :( also, is it nornal to have a swollen sternum (line between the two breasts)?
I'm just worried i should have gone bigger but at the same time i'm happy? Ahh my emotions are all over the place haha xxxx

Hey hun,
Your skin will be holding the implant very tight at the moment. I breastfed 2 kids - so my skin was already stretched out, but if you were small chested before then things need time to drop and settle.
What size implants did you have? What were you pre-op? xx

What you see now Hun, is nothing like what you're going to see in another week, 6 weeks and 6 months.
They may look very far apart at the moment as they're held tight, and yes your sternum will be swollen.
A ba is an emotional roller coaster journey and you will laugh cry, be happy, sad all at the same time

Yes it's normal for swelling to be inbetween the boobs, this will go down... And don't worry about how they look now, keeping taking pictures because you don't believe us when we say how much they will change! Once your skin has relaxed the implants will drop and fluff and you may go up a cup size so try not to worry yet XX

Re: They look flat from the front?
Hi girls!
Misscet, i had 340cc and i was an AA before.. I don't look flat from the side but from the front i don't appear to have any rounded shape?
Princess, yes i had the biggest so i know i couldn't have gone any bigger which is a good feeling!
And, blondie, i know i had xhp but i just cant see any rounded shape from the front? It's weird :(
Thankyou, mrsball, jennifer and tinkerbell! I know i have to be patient, i'm just so eager to see what the final result will be!
Thanks all for your support. I just hope they gain some outline and shape from the front xxxx

Re: They look flat from the front?
You are young, and your skin will be holding the implant really tightly. When i woke from my Op, one side was massive and the other really flat...i demanded to back into surgery because they'd made a mistake and put one large one in and one small one in!
Within 48hrs they were both even, give it some time darling - you're going to look fab with 340's! xxx

Re: They look flat from the front?
Hi tiger. I'm 4 days post op and look full from front and flat from side lol.. I also have what looks like double bubble and really upset about it.. I'm going to see surgeon on Monday as I sent him pics and he thinks it fluid but it feels bouncy and spongy so think it's the implant.. I don't know what is going to happen.. Just scared he may not fix it off me even although I'm not entirely happy.. It's very noticeable.. xx

Aw thankyou girls!!! You've made me really hopeful and happy!!
MissCET that's so funny! I have to admit, i look like i've had one bigger than the other.. I know they'll settle and adjust though!
Wonderwoman, ahh thay's awful for you! I hope it isn't double bubble.. At least you're goong to your surgeon. Ivm sure he'll fix it for you if it's something that won't go itself. Good luck, chick!! I really hope it works out for you!
Thanks all of you! I feel much better now xxxx

Re: They look flat from the front?
Although it would AMAZING for us to wake to perfect boobs after having a BA, this never happens Toni.
Very often boobs can look square, triangular or flat at the front or flat on the underneath.
All is normal and nothing at all to be worried about. Your shape will come as the implants released by your skin and muscle if you had partials are then able to show their full potential. Xx

Big hugs Hun (boobies touching n everything! Lol)
I've got swollen bit in between and they are very stuck out! I had XHP. I guess we all different but don't worry as it's very early days and swelling etc will make them look very different to the end product, most prob xx
