how flat can I lay in bed?
Hi girls
I am home now - had surgery yesterday
I have a very pillow, but just wondering how propped up I need to be when sleeping? My bum/lower pack is tender from being quite propped up most of yesterday last night
ice packs are proven a godsend - very tender right Now! Think I underestimated how sore I would be
xx

As long as your head and shoulders are raised higher than your chest babe, that's all you need to be propped up.
Ice packs are FABULOUS!

Pop a pillow under your knees babe, a pillow under both arms to support your arms and a rolled towel in the small of your back.
Sound like a lot of faffing about I know, but its going to help you feel much comfier Jodi. Xx
