I'd give it another week Hun, but maybe go down a few pillows, I think I went down to just two after a week Smike
By 2.5 weeks I was back sleeping on my side x

No, not unless you've been advised by your nurse to. It's normally about 2wks, you need your shoulders above your heart in order to help drain the swelling and fluids. Have you had your 1wk check up yet? Or perhaps just give them a ring to check.

I didn't find it comfy until 2.5 weeks. When I did lie flat it was ok, but morning boob was worse!  X

I'm three weeks and still can't sleep flat. Sleep on my side but it aches so try to stay propped a little .
