HI! Have read that this is a good post-op bra, and there are lots of reviews on the MnS website about its security and comfort after breast surgery, but a common complaint is that it is small made! Has anyone else bought it and what do u recommend for sizing please? I am a 32 back, b cup getting uplift and 420cc overs (5.1cm projection). (I like the designs- sporty white with blue/red trim or black with leopard trim!) Thanks! x

I personally find them true to size myself... You may be better getting the 34 band though for after surgery to accommodate the swelling you get around the ribs lovely. X

I found them brilliant, but definitely go up a band size, even with the swelling going down I'd need to go up a size. The only thing that I didnt like is the back, its not two straps but just one in the middle (know theres a word for it but can't think MnS Zip Front Bra 869500) I just found that its hard to cover it properly with tops, the straps can be seen at the neck of most of my tops including my work top!xx

if you go up a band size because of swelling do you need to go down a cup size or have same cup size you plan to be but jsut bigger band size? if that makes sense x

Willows probably the best thing to do is buy both within a month before your ba, leave all the tags on, then return whatever doesn't fit after your op. There's just no way to predict exactly which one will be right unfortunately. x

Balletbabe I find the new m&s zip bras to be small in both band and cup, I'm normally a 34f at the mo but in this bra a 34f and 34g were both slightly too tight. x
