Sleeping on your front
I was just wondering if people went back to sleeping on their front post op, and if so, how long roughly it took for it to be comfy? I usually sleep in my back/side, but occasionally find myself rolling over and waking myself up as it's not comfy! Also I wondered if a back massage would become comfortable one day, or if I'd always feel like I'm laying on 2 blobs!! Still early days for me, but was just interested to know what to expect! Thanks ladies x

Re: Sleeping on your front
I got the all clear to stop back sleeping after two weeks, but just coz you're allowed, doesn't mean you can! I think with sleeping, your body will very much guide you, and you'll naturally start moving yourself into the most comfortable position.
RE massage, it's gonna take a while! My osteo wouldn't touch me for 6 months, and even then I needed a rolled towel under my chest to elevate a bit. I did have a massage in the late Sept following, and again, the rolled towel helps. I can now lie on my front, but not for a super extended time, else it gets a tad uncomfortable.

Re: Sleeping on your front
I've noticed a bit of tummy rolling recently as I have always been a tummy sleeper, but it wakes me up as feels weird and uncomfy!
I have to say though I noticed a difference when sleeping propped up in my back in those first weeks as my face felt less puffy and tired!

Re: Sleeping on your front
I don't sleep on front ( can never get comfy) but on hols am able to sun bathe on front, I am aware of implants but not in a sore way , just feels abit strange.
You can't damage your implants lying on them so when it feels right & is comfortable you will be fine, if it never feels comfy again and you need to adjust to sleeping in a different position it's a small sacrifice for having a fab pair of boobs. X
