Sleeping on your front?
Hiya,
Pre BA I always slept on my front and I'm wondering when I'll be able to sleep that way again?
Just wondered when you all felt comfy enough to sleep on your belly xxx

Re: Sleeping on your front?
I found after my 1st BA that I had no difficulty at all sleeping on my front, however this time, although I've no problem laying on my front for short periods, I'm not entirely finding it comfortable over a long period, I think maybe because my boobs are tighter now and sit highter, so I guess depending on the result you have it will be the decider on whether you'll fully return to a comfortable front sleep or not.
I still am able to front sleep though by using a 'make-shift' front sleep by hugging my V pillow and allowing my boobs to drop between pillow and bed so they don't actually have too much pressure on them from laying flat, I think I've probably been able to do that from 4 months post-op, but we're all different hunni and it's all down to trial and error, when you feel comfortable and ready just ease yourself back into your natural sleeping position, starting on your side and gradually taking yourself further till you're feeling OK. Listen to your own body and take it slow - If it hurts, ease off and start slowly again, back on your side, then try again when you feel ready. xx

Daisylou, I want to know that too, I am 7 weeks post op and rolled onto my stomach and woke up pretty quickly from the pain, I panic that I will burst them or something but OH how I miss sleeping on my stomach.
