this no bra carry on is hard work
its so achey having these boobs and not having support ive spoke to my surgeon and hes said its to be expected but to stick with it as it really is the best way for my implants to drop and adding a sports bra will keep those muscles all tight which he doesnt want
Im like I better not need an uplift after all this no support carry on hahaha xx
and trying to hide nipples in a dress for my night out on fri is like impossible xx

Get yourself some nipple daisies from La Senza Tink. They work a treat for disguising your nipples babe
As for not wearing a bra..... Those of us post-op all know how it feels when only having your bra off for a short time, but to have that feeling ALL the time... Awwww it can't be nice hun , but you know its a means to an end, so although its not nice.... Its going to be nice when you get the final reward of your boobs sat in a nice natural position for you. Xx

Im really understanding and trying not to be a moany bum about the know bra but its such a pain in the bum or boobs should I say
Im kinda worried I still have more upper pole that I though was normal? it can still take up to 6 month even after my reop to drop cant it
xx

Re: this no bra carry on is hard work
yeah just off the phone to my surgeon as he must got the stress out the email, he said that just keep the copression band on day and night, with an hour rest IF needed, its so achey with that on lol never mind no bra to hahahahaha, m such a moan
but he said that as he lowered the pocket the skin below my scar (I decided to use the same scar so it wont sit in the crease, but im fine with that, rather that have 2 scars) hasnt stretched and this needs to do some streching before the implant can get to the position it needs to be in so wearing the band will help push the implants down and stretch the skin
so we shall see how it all is in jan when i see him
fingers crossed that it all starts happening xx

Re: this no bra carry on is hard work
Reading this reminded me of seeing some fake nipples a few years ago in a shop - you put them in your bra so everyone could see your nipples! You could always pretend to be wearing those lol!
As cookie said the feeling post op of not having support in a bra is horrible so you must be really uncomfortable. I'm sure it will be all worth it though xxx

We'll all welcome the distraction of Christmas next week, I totally can't wait to see kids opening their pressies, I've been so self obsessed with my boobs, I can't believe it's actually next week and schools finish this Fri.x

Ah Tinks. Will be worth it. I guess he the bra off will hopefully help you lose a bit of the upper pole you say seems a lot?
Hope you can find something to hold them nip down ;o) xx
