sore!
Anyone else still sore and tight? I will be 3 weeks tomorrow and my right is still higher and they both are still sore and feel very tight. I'm guessing its all normal for 3 weeks post op? Trying to make an appointment for my 4 week check but nobody ever calls back - blooming usless once they have your money!

Oh yes hunny at 3weeks still sore and tight especially with the unders.
Just make sure you're not overdoing things as your body will tell you when you're doing too much.

yeah I was still on slow release tramadol at 3 weeks lol I was so so sore but it will ease
maybe you have been over doing it a little?
you will still continue to get shotting pains etc for month down the line though
and yeah Mrs B is right dont leave the phone til you have a date xx

I was Definitely still sore at 3 weeks - more than I was at 1 week!
My right was also higher than my left and took a good while to catch up with lefty.
Take it easy as it is soooo easy to overdo it, especially with little ones to look after.

Probably am over doing it a little with my Son. Will have to ease up a bit x

Its your body's way of telling you to slow down babe... The more you do the worse you'll feel and the swelling may even return also, so always listen to your body babe and when its aching.... Rest! Take a couple if steps back and put your boobs first. You're still very much in your recovery period and its so easy to forget that when you see your boobs healing on the 'outside' but inside.... That's were you need to be thinking about and three weeks post-op is VERY early in recovery hun. X
