Re: why am i not so sore
This recovery is going to be so much better Tink. All the hard work that causes the most discomfort was already done eg: muscle stretching and skin stretching and creation of breast pocket. All that has been healed, stretched and out the way - you've had the muscle dissected some more to release the implant and you've been lucky only needing a capsulotomy rather than a capsulectomy, so you've been really lucky babe and there's very little that's been needed to be done to help these boobs get to where they need to be, so you are going to have a much better recovery than you ever had the first time babe.
As always, you may find day 3 is when the majority of the swelling kicks in, but again... Its not going to be anything like the first time lovely... So just enjoy the rest sweetheart. Xx

I agree def lucky that I had the capsulotomy as I was told before I went under that if it was the capsulectomy id be much sorer and wake with drains when I didnt wake with the drains I knew id been lucky as I had no drains lol
my stitches are the ususal stinging burning sensation and when I move goodness me its sore but def alot better than last time
im missing my upper pole lol like you said, im all squashed in this blooming sticky strapping
so I see my GP next mon to check stiches and have the strapping removed and he is happy with the compression band for night time only but no support bra at all
I see my surgeon again on the 11th Jan and I hope (in a good way ) its the last haha
I just feel they are so much smaller xx

Re: why am i not so sore
Lol, I knew you'd miss the upper pole hun and when that's gone down they do initially feel smaller for many ladies.
But you've been here long enough to know Mrs that they aren't smaller at all, they're just dropping and repositioning and if you want that upper pole back after they've settled, then pop a push up bra on and voila! Big full upper boobs back. Xx

Re: why am i not so sore
The strapping does not help with thinking they are small tho as I felt the same.
Apparently in recovery I told my surgeon that they didn't look any different! Can't remember saying that but he assures me I did! lol....
Once the strapping was removed and I got a look at them in their entirety, they looked very different and definitely very different to my old boobs!!
Xxx
