Ok, silly question time. Tonsilitis has now gone but have a really bad cough I cant shift. Its not going to affect my implants is it? I'm 2 weeks post op and worried all the strain from coughing might damage them

Oh you poor thing Laura Hug

Your implants will be fine hun. All the coughing may have an impact on your recovery making your boobs sore from the strain of all the coughing but that's it babe....it's not at all going to harm you or your implants.

Hope you feel better soon xxx

I dont think it will damage the implants, it might just hurt and take a while longer to heal. How long have you had the cough for? If its more than 3wks, go get it checked out. But its going around a bit this year, I had a persistant cough for aaages. My advise is stock up on lozengers to sooth any coughing fits, and maybe get some chloroseptic throat spray. Keep water on you at all times too to keep it well lubricated. But i wouldnt think it would damage your healing. Feel better love :)
