Laughing, coughing, sneezing with fresh new boobs
Hey. I'm having trouble finding the right 'method' to laugh when you've got fresh melons. And I sneezed earlier today and Good Lord!!! The sneezing probably can't be helped. But anyone else have this problem? Does it make a difference if you've had overs or unders. And does anyone have any good laughing techniques? I've tried bending over. I've even been forced to my hands and knees. I try to straighten up or bend backwards! I start laughing and it's so uncomfortable but I can't stop! I'm such a goofball!

awww lol I had the same problem with overs, laughing is actually good for you and so helps the healing [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
so keep on laughing through the pain.
As for sneezing, I had to hold mine I dont know why it just helped, if I was in public I put two hands up to cover my mouth but it was also to hold boobies (with forearms) while sneezing.

LOL...I felt the need to hold on to mine WHATEVER I was doing, I just thought they were going to fall to the floor if I didn't have hold of them!!!!

I know right?!?! Like my implants are gonna burst, ripping through my stitches and slam to the floor. The problem is, thinking that just makes me laugh even more! Like, how ridiculous would that be? LOL

Yes! After my surgery laughing killed me! I was a little goofy on the pain meds so I was laughing a lot and it hurt a lot! If I was at home I would put a pillow in front and hug it while I was laughing or coughing. After a few weeks you will be back to normal.

if you press a finger to the underside of your nose, where it meets your top lip, you'll suppress the sneeze.
Can't help with the laughing though....

I did that today. for some reason whenever i go 'outside' i get this feeling that my breasts become afraid! They tense up and threaten to bounce back into the house!

I also used to walk around as if I had a stiff neck, even the nurse at my 10 week check noticed it and told me to relax more....lol
I don't know why I did it, I was just afraid of any sudden movements I think, I really thought they would 'fall off' ...................
