Sneezing!!

I wonder if someone can help, I'm nearly 4 months post op, things are going well apart from the odd pain and tenderness.. however the last couple of days I've felt sore again more in my right Boobie! I have a cold and every time I sneeze I feel my implants move! Yuk!! Is this normal? X

Im almost three months and like you still having the odd pain! Im ok with sneezing now though, i cant feel my implants move when i sneeze! will be intresting to see what the other members say! xx

It's such a strange feeling, I'm not sure if it's the muscle because I have been coughing so much and just can't stop sneezing! Feel rotten with this cold. :( x

At 4 months your still healing internally you will be for up to a year after so some heavy sneezing can irratate tenderness .

It'll likely be due to your coughing Lee. Especially if you have partials babe...
Other than that it may be due to you over doing things things Lee. Generally if your boobs are aching, its your body's natural way of telling you to slow down. Either way, you most probably find that if you get yourself back in a good high quality sportsbra for a few days 24/7 or for the duration of the time you're having these coughing and sneezing fits it will ease up hun.

Thanks for the advice ladies, was getting worried. Cookie I wore my sports bra all day yesterday and couldn't wait to get it off, it felt so tight. I'm wearing a Belvia bra at the moment do you think will give me enough support? X

The Belvia is a fab bra for 'comfort' Lee. I have these myself and love them. But they're no good for support babe. If you're boobs are aching as much as you might hate your sportbra, it will help to let everything settle down because it keeps your boobs stable hun and whilst stable they can get to healing sweetie. Xx
