Sneezing!!! OMG! Empty Sneezing!!! OMG!

Please someone say they have some tips on how to sneeze without feeling like your boobs are going to shoot off!!!!! There's no way of sneezing lightly or holding it back and when it happens i hold onto them for dear life but it absolutely kills! seeing stars xx

Hahahaha you feel like they're going to shoot across the room don't you Hysterical

There's no thought to hygiene when sneezing after a BA lol. Forget the tissue and grab the boys! Hysterical it's just how it is till they settle a little more lovely lol. Xx

Its funny I had overs and sneezing has never bothered me! I remember feeling a sneeze come on about day 3 post op and I thought "oh no this is gonna be horrendous" But it happened and nothing!! Sneezing!!! OMG! 267328

Oh I've had over too but I've been sneezing lots and I've had to sneeze like a mouse holding as much as I can back, it's the same as coughing.

Even sneezing like a mouse is bad lol I'm ok with coughing and laughing now, I wasnt before but sneezing, no chance! I've even been tried taking deep breaths or holding my breath to try and stop the sneezes from coming out but it's impossible, once you need to sneeze, its coming out! My cold has gotten worse throughout the day as well so there's no getting away from it! xx

Oh no you poor thing. The only way I can describe my sneezing is like when you've just put on your mascara and then need a sneeze. Hold back so much and ive been ok. Funny how we all find everything different and how hard simple things are to do. I'm finding I'm improving everyday. I wake up and I can stretch my arms a little more. Good luck with the cold hun. X

It feels so good seeing the changes everyday doesn't it. i think I've been quite lucky with my recovery so far, i could lift my arms above my head in the first week but something as simple as sneezing i can't manage lol but as they say no pain no gain and I've definitely gained! Flash xx

As they say on flights brace brace brace lol it's horrible when you feel a sneeze coming on and there's nothing you can do to stop it :( but don panic and it won't be so bad xxx I didn't sneeze after I had boobs done but I did sneeze 1 week after my tummy tuck and I cried after where I was so frightened xxx

Haha OMG I remember the first time I sneezed! It was horrible, so everytime after that I tried so hard not to sneeze again! Ouchy but luckily didn't last too long x

Haha I love this post!! I used to hold my nose for sneezes as it seemed to make them less severe. It was still painful but I liked to think it was better than letting it all come out lol xx

I've sneezed about 10 times today! My right boob seems to be taking all the brunt of it. lefty must be the brave one because it doesn't hurt her as much lol x
