Coughing Empty Coughing

Right, I'm not being funny but it still really hurts to cough, it's like I can't because the bit where the gap between my boobs is feels really tight/painful whenever I try to clear my throat, like a proper cough!

Is that normal? Will it wear off? Same with sneezing - I have to hold my nose!

Aw it will wear off, the swelling can take 4-6 weeks to go and it should get easier for you over time

Myself and towie had really bad coughs soon after our BA's. Mine last about 2 months and it was a nightmare. I ripped all my muscles between my ribs and felt pretty awful. Such bad timing but all good now. xx

Hi smallblue, was there anything you could take for the cough that doesn't interfere with the pain killers? A syrup maybe?

Nothing my GP could give me as it was a very dry cough. It was so painful and constant. I took manuka honey ( brilliant stuff ) and fresh lemon mixed with boiled water several times a day and it gave me huge relief. None of the syrups worked, for me. Hope you find some relief quickly. It's so miserable xx

Yes, that's true, thank you for the tip smalblue! Unfortunately I have to wait until my bf comes back from work because I cannot reach for the honey it's in the upper shelf of the cupboard and even if I did, my hands are still too weak to open it Coughing 62722
