I just took a big gulp of water which went down the wrong way...cue major coughing and choking argh. I hope this is OK and I haven't disturbed anything? Also I leant forward earlier and had an odd sensation in my boobs  I hope I haven't caused damage :-(
Have these things happened to anyone else 2 dpo?  X

I was sick 4 times after mine because I had a motion sickness reaction to morphine, it doesn't effect your boobs at all. Just perhaps a bit of discomfort to you.

Any form of noises, sharp pains, heat etc are quite normal. The pains are your connection tissue stitching back together again to cure the numb feeling :)

Thanks Sarahlou oh no that sounds awful, it would have been uncomfortable.
It was a kind of velcro sensation like tiny bubbles bursting against my chest wall! X

Yep that sounds normal. The surgeon wont have been able to stop all the air getting in and it needs to escape somewhere :) expect for about 2 weeks!

How are you feeling in general? xx

I'm feeling OK actually the pain is a lot better today, only when moving most of the time now, at rest it's almost gone. I had a lot of glands come up in my neck yesterday and I was worried but they've calmed down a bit today. I've been taking painkillers regularly to stay on top of it and will probably stop the dihydrocodeine tomorrow.
Very pleased with the results so far! Xx

Oh no loubeelou  what a shame. I felt sick too but luckily I kept it down, they gave me an anti sickness in my canula. Making myself eat actually took it away.
Oh lucky you! You will be missing your babies but it's great you have the first few days in peace. I've found it hard not being able to do much but we're adjusting. Hubby just been trying to keep them busy outside to tire them out. Think I'll treat myself to something nice to eat tonight too! Xx

That's good to head. Glad your happy with the results so far!!
I had anti sickness through the cannula twice but didn't seem to make much difference for me.. Just one of those things I guess. I was given diasapan once and it had no effect!! My doctor was in complete shock lol.

I hope your throat is feeling better now :) xx

It's fine hun, lots of girls get sick post GA with retching, so don't worry about it. Try and keep a bottle of water in hands reach and some strepsils or something, to try and minimise any coughing etc. But you won't have done any damage

Sorry to hear about your coughing, glad you feel better now.
The worst thing for me was laughing. A makes me laugh all the time and I just held my boobs every time and told him to stop lol.
I think the build up to the sneeze was worse because you think it's going to be the most painful thing and you try to stop it, then it isn't quite so bad as you imagine :)
It's all fun and games - but oh so worth it! X
