September Buddies

All good chick apart from working :-( mind you it was unusually civilised for a Saturday!

I got measured for my sports bras and still felt uncomfortable for the first couple weeks honey - even in my Macom. Now I'm comfortable in either most of the time (but its taken until this week). And I have to wear 2 sports bras for work. I'm a 32 back but wearing a 34 for comfort and even now nearly 4 weeks on I still feel like they rub a little on my incisions - I still have to pad the incisions with gauze every day. But I'm sleeping on my sides with a lot less discomfort now and no pain in the mornings which is great!

As for softening, mine were still really hard 2 weeks on - its been this 3rd week that I've really noticed a drop and them softening, a little. 

Bizzy hope you enjoyed your Indian babe, phweor thats one of my faves.......I'm trying to be so good atm, I've put on 4-6 lbs since my BA  I feel a bit better now I'm doing some light gym but I SO notice those extra lbs, makes me feel dreadful (what can I say I was the fat, 4 eyed ginger kid in school - I've never gotten over it LOL) but boy I could go a chicken tikka masala right now phhhhwwwweeeeooooorrrr! Ive taken before pics, then pics of the same profiles every Tues since surgery - haven't looked back at them yet......didn't really notice much of a change til this week. One more day to go chickpea.......!!!!!!!!! xXx

Sassy, that's not bad weight gain babe, those implants got to weigh a bit surely? It's great that your back at gym though, FairPlay to you. I got my last gym sesh tomorrow   So got to do a good one. Did you go back week 3? I will do bit of light first.
I love Indian too, my ultimate fave........... Thought I would eat well this weekend, going to be a long day Monday.
I'm going to do some pics, definately, then you can see the changes..... A good idea.... Long as they are kept in the right hands........ That is the photos I'm on about not my boobies....  
Well it's 2 more sleeps. Tomorrow is going to feel strange I must say...xx

Hi kel :D well I'm 4 weeks now and they have softened a little around the outer side but still quite firm on top so I guess it will be a while to go yet! I wonder if I do get the go ahead in two weeks time for wires if I will feel ready?! 

BIZZY ITS YOUR DAY TOMORROW :D our last September buddy lol!! What you doing today to keep busy? Your be soooo happy with your new boobs... It's just such a change the way my clothes look now, it's a great feeling! 

I'm still not very comfy on my side :( I do try but managing to sleep on my back so I'll be patient lol... Xx

Well today I'm going to go to the gym and then it's off to my mum and dads for big roast dinner.....the works........
(We go every week) then it's off to my in laws. Tonight I am checking my hospital bag putting me last bits in. I've got a checklist. I think it's all more or less in there from last time.
My mums coming over later. That's it.
Tomorrow I'm working 8-12.30/1. So that will keep my mind occupied.......... Then it be all systems go...........exciting!!!!! 
Don't think it's sunk in yet to be honest.

Yay bizzy sounds good!!! I'm about to take my dog on a long walk lol! Then going to my boyfriends for a roast too! :) he normally works Sundays but has today off which is nice, his mum had tried to ask me personal questions about my boobs but I manage to get out of it lol, I don't trust her anymore but obviously have to be nice as she's my boyfriends mum.... Xx

Well thing is Jen, that is going to be your mum in law one day. You have to keep sweet with them. Makes life easier. I havnt told my mum in law or father in law. I just don't want it to be public knowledge and don't want the questions. If they find out, so be it. 
Loved my roast, enjoy yours babe. Just summat about a Sunday roast isn't there. I had BIG strawberry and fresh cream meringue nests. Think my mum feeding me up as wont have much tomorrow............. And it is Sin-day Sunday after all...... Time for power-nap in a mo then start again..............xx

Yumm!! Sounds great lol! Yes I did it was gorgeous :) I know!! I told her back in may because she had stopped drinking and we was talking a lot but not I regret it because she's back drinking again... Nightmare but like you said got to stay nice!! More than halfway through Sunday!! Wooo xx

24 hours and 18 mins I get to hospital.......... Well I will be there bit earlier then that I'm sure......

Ha ha well done Bizzy - working on the morning of BA a good idea me thinks! The best decision I made was to work every day leading up to surgery - I'd have gone insane otherwise!!!!

I know it doesn't sound like a big weight gain babe but when you're little every extra lb shows unfortunately.  I did go back to gym in week 3 (my PS said at origional consultation that would be fine - he then changed his mind after surgery and said 4 weeks!) I felt ok though - I didn't have any problems with limited movement of my arms or anything, and I only did very very light exercise - on the seated bike with a book and uphill walking on an incline (still reading). I wouldn't have gone back had I have not felt ready.

So.......GOOD LUCK TOMORROW HONEY ITS YOUR DAY WHOOP WHOOP!!!!!!     Can't wait to hear all about it babes xxx

Sassy I'm not a gym member at the moment due to paying these off but will join again when I get a new full time job so I've been walking the dog, up and down the stairs... Anything really but it's not really helping how I'm feeling xx

I'm feeling fine with my boobs! Just not the tummy lol... I have put on a few pounds and although I know the boobs will weigh a little I'm feeling a little hippo-ey haha!! These boobs deserve nice dresses so I'm so looking forward to getting more active again like you! Xx

I totally know how you all feel regarding exercise. I'm a runner and very slight too. So I'm worried I'll lose all my hard work. But I'm doing squats/lunges etc until my legs are wobbly and walking etc. So I'm telling myself to just hang in there until Nov arrives. It's very hard though. My only advice is (which I keep telling myself!) this may be one if the only times you must take a break from exercise so cherish it and you'll be back to the hard slog very soon!! Your poor recovering body probably appreciates the extra food! X

Sassy, yeah not long and I will be done.........  I will see how I do regarding going back to exercise...... See how I feel. Soon as I'm able I will be treading that Tarmac and back to gym........ Taking it easy.......of course..

I've had bit of extra food today, just to put fuel in tank.....

I know exactly what your saying about exercise,   I'm a runner to nsaw and I keep seeing the same lady run past my house and I can't wait to get out there again, but at the same time I don't want to do any damage. ?

Showers are kinda freaking me out,  I'm not sure why think it's the worry of the stitches so I'm showering every other day and sitting in the bath and washing the other days. ,  Should I be showering every day? This sounds really stupid when I read it back. ? Sorry I am clean honestly xxx

Bex I was the same I didn't shower every time for the same reasons... I made sure that when I washed my hair separately I washed the bottom half in the shower then used a flannel around my boobs, make sure it's really clean when you wash around them and pay them dry :) I like to use cool air from the hair dryer after a shower to make sure they arnt moist just because I'm so worried about infection haha!

I've been showering ok Bexx just not rubbed incisions that's all I just let the water run over them and just pat/air dry afterwards. 

Nips feel quite swollen now so they are causing some discomfort but am absolutely loving them!
