Hi amyblue500, I think it must be a conical thing,  im hoping once mine can actually move it might get better.  I know a couple of ladies who have had  conicals and they were the same but add soon as they had started to soften and were able to move the gap shrunk.   I ordered mine from simplysweat.com for just over £21 that included delivery and they do the plain white ones which was near on impossible for me to find,  I could only find the white ones with the red trim.  I'm really pleased with the shape too xx

I would like to know where you got your triaction from, I want one for after, for when I go to the gym. I've heard they are the best on the market. Don't want my bad boys going anywhere.........
I too am a fan of cadburys choc, nothing else comes close. Keep telling myself fruit, eat fruit very good for you........so yeah probably get a Terry's orange  
I've actually got a Saturday off today, which is a big deal. Saturdays off, in my trade is like rocking horse poo.............. RARE!!!! So I'm planning big session at gym and shopping to find my dad birthday present.  Which is going to be hard work.

Amy everyone gets swelling down the middle,  it's normal but will go down, your implants are held so tightly to your chest right now but over the next weeks/months they will move down into a natural position meaning they will come together... Your cleavage will be like it was pre op but with a bra... Phwoarrr lol!   Triumph do have their own website so if you type in tri action extreme your find it (white, black and red) xx

Yep the triaction extreme.. I actually got my black one from the very clearance on ebay for £10 new in box, so thats always worth a try..

Everything's going great with me, showering is normal now thank god haha... They no longer feel like they are going to fall off, sometimes I almost forget they are there and they almost feel a part of me, a new part lol xx

It's monday Hunni, got to be there 4pm. So not too long..... This is one weekend I want over.......sorry for being selfish........... As everyone loves the weekend.
I'm off today so I've done gym, which was bit of nightmare, as only did a short one. Hubby lost his on call phone in there. Had them all looking. No joy so he's had to pair his mobile to take calls...........it's an n.h.s support phone. I can't believe someone has taken it and not handed it in. Then I had a lairy Mary on the reception who wouldn't do a tannoy call to see if in there......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Not happy. She said its not really important, I could've launched her........ Hope she doesn't need an ambulance................
Anyway off for lunch now....

I'm the same as Jen now, they almost feel totally normal - I'm gonna start upping my game at the gym after Tues as that will be 4 weeks then. I'm pretty much back to normal with everything except exercise now so all good   4 weeks from now Biz that'll be you too........like all that crap never happened with 4 week old beautiful boobies he he he xxx

Bizzy, I'll be thinking of you Monday. How exciting!?! It's great you're working. It's either that, or you could stare at the clock whilst rocking until your trip to the hospital? I think your crappy experience at the gym was the gym gods telling you you're not welcome there for a whole month. It knows about your BA! I found in the week leading up to my op my running was just getting too tiresome and annoying. I never feel like that. So I just assumed my body was accepting the no exercise rule for a while so I could accept the recovery process. I'm 9 days post ba and I'm gagging to run. But I know I can't. 

I had my first shift last night since the BA and it hurt. It was so busy and I literally didn't stop. I made a note to myself afterwards to think of No. 1 next time. At my first med appt yesterday the nurse gave me some steri-strips and more dressing as she was worried I may overdo it at work. But she was happy with the look of them, thank God. I have a niggling achey pain in my right incision. But she said that's healing better than my left. It's pretty intense sometimes though. Weird. 

Everyone at work noticed. They all gave a quick glance southward then carried on working. It became quite funny. Especially the guys. One guy even said, "just because you've got big tits doesn't mean you can.....etc efc". Luckily he was a mate so I just went red and carried on. 

Hate sleeping on my back, they seem to be dropping slightly and that's it, I think! One thing I'd like to check with you girls..my surgeon specifically said 3 weeks for strapping. But THG nurses said definitely 6 weeks. But at my appt yesterday the nurse said to listen to surgeon only? What have you guys been told? If I stop too soon, will be boobs stay high and weird?

Aww sorry to hear your finding it a little hard being back at work! I'm glad your incisions are looking good though, it's such a relief when they say that :) 

I would listen to your surgeon, remember he's the expert and many girls don't even wear a binder so if he said 3 weeks then I would do that... :) 

I'm not enjoying the back sleeping either... I've found a way to get comfy though thank god lol! :) xx

Oh really? That's good news then! He definitely said 3 weeks. And only 4 weeks with sports bras which surprised me too. I thought it was a 3 month thing. I'm still a bit worried about the drop in cup size after swelling goes down. What sort of time did it take for you to settle down from swelling and was it a cup size? Pleased you're ok on your back - you never know - it may be your best position after all of this!

Yep! It's normally ladies who use THG who have a binder so not everyone had them at all :) we all get individual advice but I've seen so many times that it's important to follow your own advice from your surgeon because if you don't and something goes wrong your aftercare may be void! 

I'm not 100% if all swelling has gone but ild say around the 3 week mark the swelling had gone mainly... They are still changing everyday... I wouldn't say I lost a cup size, just some of the upper pole... And when you drop and fluff over the next months you will most likely go up a size :)

I'm not good with sleeping on my back either,  it's driving me up the wall to be honest,  would much rather be in my side...  

I think the only swelling I have at the moment is cleavage everywhere else seems to be ok just far apart..

Anyway I'm so glad you are happy with your boobies and you can get back to bit of normality with gym. Did you go on bike after 3 weeks? How was it?

Jen, we went to a place in Worcester called poppins, it's really nice and really quick service........ Was real nice. Had to get my dads birthday present. Now back home chilling.

yes lol, I now realise I got a little over excited by my cleavage claim... my boobs are still hard so im not talking cleavage cleavage but my boobs are coming together more so I cant fit in fingers between them as such anymore haha!! Woopsy :D Side boob has gone down loads so they are moving inwards!! sounds nice! had a google lol :) Saturday is almost over! just tomorrow to go :)

Yes take before pictures!! Very temping to delete them but it's amazing to see the change!! At transform they take pictures pre op, 6 weeks and three months I think? I'm sure spire will do similar?
