Post by achorley 10th September 2013, 8:26 am

I feel like I'm annoying my personal coordinator. I text her last week about size and again this week haha. I just don't know how it works! I wrote..

I think I'm going to definitely go with the 400 because I keep worrying I'm going to be too small like wake up a C cup when I want the DD. I know you said you would get them in stock but will mr Payne definitely let me have 400 instead of 375? Like is he informed I want the 400 or do I just say that on the day? Sorry I'm worrying so much lol! Promise this will be the last time I text before my surgery lol! Thank you. Ashleigh x

I feel like I'm going on but I keep having nightmares they'll be too small it's horrible!! Xx

When you met mr Payne did you try on the 400 or did he say they would fit? When I met my surgeon before my op he allowed me to try all the ones we spoke about on and I was allowed to choose then :) the hospital should have a lot of the sizes there anyway :) xx

Hey Jennifer. I had a different surgeon with the same company and I had previously chosen 445 XHP, he then then left the company and I met with mr Payne. He said 445 XHP would take me to EE/FF which I didn't want. He said 375 max he'd recommend as that should take me to a D/DD, at the time I didn't question it but now I'm worried that it'll only take me to a C or D and I really want that DD!! So I text my PC and she said she would make sure 400 HP was in stock for me for the day. I assume they will fit as the 445 XHP would have? x

Well in that case I would guess that they will be in stock and when you have your last consultation with mr Payne tomorrow you will be able to speak about it with him before signing any consent form :) xx

Ahh don't worry about keep making contact hun-she's more than happy to take your money so you need to make sure you are 100% with your decisions ultimately. It seems like a lot of women have the same worries with size and I'm sure you're not the 1st (nor will be the last) to have last minute worries/mind changes about size. Could you not arrange one final consultation with your surgeon to put your mind at ease ? Xxx

Honey my PC stopped talking to me almost completely after she got my money! It's not her decision to make though darling it's your surgeons, if he feels it would put too much strain on your body or impose too much complication to have the bigger implant he wont use them. The only way to find out is to see your surgeon for another consultation before your surgery xx

Aww ok, we'll at least he is willing to try both-and it's better that he tries and makes a decision rather then goes with the larger at a tight squeeze that leaves you with more potential complications afterwards :) fingers crossed they are perfect for you :) xxx

I think its pretty obvious how I feel about patient care-co-ordinators - once they have your money as sassy says... They just simply don't want to know. They've done their job in selling you a package and keeping you sweet right until the day they got that from you. After that, you call and get... She's just downstairs, I'll get her to call you back/she's with another patient, I'll get her to call you back/she's out to lunch, I'll get her to call you back etc.... She NEVER calls Hug

You NEED to have the size you want ordered in BEFORE your surgery day hun. Unless THG sell Natrelles as standard. If this is the case then they 'should' have the size you want in as they'll be buying the implants in bulk from Allergan to save themselves money.

If however they sell CUIs as standard which are Allergans budget range then it'll be the CUIs they buy in bulk and they'll only buy in the Natrelle range as when needed for the patient. So if they sell CUIs as standard and you had to request the Natrelles rather than CUIs then its so, so important you get this sorted 'before' your surgery day.

Call the clinic hun and not your PCC. Explain the situation and the importance of getting this resolved ASAP. Tell them that your PCC not getting back to you is not acceptable and you want to know that they have ordered the implants in that you want.

Let us know how it goes hun. Xx

My experience with THG has been that they do recommend natrelles as standard, but I'd imagine that you need to make sure they've ordered in the correct sizes otherwise Mr Payne may not have the 400 available on the day.
It might also be that he didn't suggest them as he doesn't think they will be suitable.
You could always phone the branch ask for your PC by name but not say who you are just say you've been recommended by a friend. She'll think you're a new client and then will probably take your call!
Good luck, I'm sure you'll get it sorted.x

No she did say she has made sure that 400cc will be there on the day? She has txt back immediately every time. She hasn't been horrible or not replied or been rude she is absolutely lovely, I just feel as though I'm going on at her. Mm they have me the option of CUI if I had a lower budget but they said they pretty much always do natrelle gels so I'm pretty sure they should be in stock. But she did say she was going to make sure the 400cc will be in for me on the day x

Panic over last week as text saying..

Its normal to start to get nervous nearer the time, you will sit down with Mr Payne again on the day so then is the time to show pictures. If necessary we can change the implant size as we keep all sizes in stock. I would stick with round as it gives a better look with less problems X

So they should be in stock lol! But she did reassure me today she will make sure 400 is there for me also on the day x

I would stick with what Mr Payne recommended personally (375), he said that will get you the look you want. Plus, don't you have a higher risk of symmastia then most? the bigger the implant the higher the risk so I would stick with what you've been recommended to be honest. x

I would if I went low profile or mod but not HP apparently. Because I wide breasts HP wouldn't affect the risk of apparently the symmastia. I just really don't want to end up a large C or small D. X

hiya, I never dealt with anyone other than my surgeon and I met him LOADS before the op and also done the mistake of going for the 360cc, the biggest he could fit, instead of the 330cc the ones he said and I wish now Id listened lol so yeah go with what the surgeon recommends for YOU

I know we are all diff but I went from nothing ust nipples to an F cup and had 360cc MP im changing to 350cc HP in oct but hope to stay the same size

Good luck with it all xx

I was a 32c or 34b but with big gaping. My best mate was a 32b had 375s and is now  32dd/e! I think they will demo take you to a D minimum. Do a Google search 32a + 375cc implants it'll bring up some sites you can look at before and afters and get an idea of what size people end up but you need to remember it differs from person to person.  I know how you feel babe I drove myself crazy about size xxxx

They know what they're doing sweetpea he wouldve said 375 tips for a reason, if you were clear about what you want he will have taken all that on board xxx

Have you shown him pictures ? What you think a DD is and a DD can be very different. I measure E but think it looks like a C/D it's all down to perception of sizes and on tv etc when people say they're a DD they are usually way bigger so this distorts our perception even further. I'd really recommend trying to free up some spare time and see him before the day of the op rather than trying to go through it on the day. You want to be 100% happy x also I may have read wrong but did you say you're getting HPs cos I'm sure 400cc natrelle is a XHP x
