How long do you use ice packs?
How long did you use your ice packs for and for how long (as in an hour etc) did you have them on your breasts?

Re: How long do you use ice packs?
I just sat them on top of my boobs for as long as I needed them when I needed them. I think I used them for about 2 weeks. Xx
Re: How long do you use ice packs?
That's a good question, I was wondering if there's a time limit you should have them on for but good to know we can have them as long as we want, I've brought two so I can use one while the others chilling!! Xx

I probably used mine on and off for about a month, but just be careful how long you leave them on your boobs for if they are numb. I fell asleep with them on my boobs once and woke up and my boobs were soooo cold!!
They are the best for quick relief of pain though

They're amazing!
I swear there would have been no way I'd have got through my second surgery without them.
Painkillers come no where near the relief you get from icepacks.
Just be careful not to put them directly only the skin though. I wrapped mine in a face cloth, so it wasn't too cold on the skin. Xx

I just plonked them on top of my boobies for about 15 minutes - it can get pretty cold! Only used them for 2 weeks xx

Re: How long do you use ice packs?
I've probably gone a little over the top by ordering 4 large packs - probably only need 2? My thinking was along the lines of 1 for each boob and a constant Ice pack on each! Not sure I was thinking quite straight when I panic bought all those last night to get them on time! Haha!

I bought some but haven't needed to use them yet, I haven't had the sunburn thing that others have mentioned. Best to be prepared though.
