Hello ladies jut wondering ice packs say to use. For 15/30 minutes is there a reason can't stay on for asking as we want xx

I left mine on till I needed fresh ones to replace lol. 

Just be sure not to have them anywhere near your incisions Sophia, it can restrict the blood flow. Over the tops of your boobs is fine. Xx
