Ice Packs
Hi girlies,
What kind of ice packs did you buy in preparation for your surgery?
We've only got ice trays in our freezer and I'm sure they're not going to be right. Any UK shop recommendations would be good.
Are they like the rectangular plastic ones you put in cool boxes?
Also, do you put them directly on to your boobs or is is through a bra?
Any info greatly appreciated.

Re: Ice Packs
Dont put them directly on your skin ...omg that would hurt .
I use resuble ones the ones you put back in the freezer , i got one from the hospital i went to , only cost a couple of quid you can get them from boots.
wrap it in a clean towel and place over your bra the bra your recommened to wear is only thin any way not like a padded bra xx

That's brilliant, thanks. Just found them on the Boots website.

Re: Ice Packs
I bought several bags of4 peas and 4 corn because they formed around your boobs nicely and would just rotate them when they started to defrost then i always had some cold!

Re: Ice Packs
That's a good idea as well, thanks. I like the fact that they will form around my new boobs, so I can get straight to the painful bits if need be. x x x
