Sore boobs
Hi girls x
I'm about 3 and a half months post op, and my boobs are sore. At the top and all around the cleavage area feels burnt. Is it normal to still get the burning feeling at this point?
Thanks x

Re: Sore boobs
It is hun. You're going to get sensations on and over over the next year or so. They could settle sooner though, but although they look great on the outside the nerves and tissue inside the breast is still very much healing lovely and its this that's causing the sensations. Xx

Re: Sore boobs
Oh yeah I would definatly do it all over again! Luckily we have bjsf, to tell us it's all normal. Because they don't tell you when you go for your consultations that it could be painfull for up to a year! X

Re: Sore boobs
I would say its similar burning to when your milk comes in when breast feeding.

Re: Sore boobs
I didn't get a burning when my milk came in, my boobs just felt heavy. I got the same feeling after my BA.
