Re: June Buddies
I am Trying my best not to think of the operation I used to love being put to sleep but since I wouldn't have neccissarily chose surgery just yet but more having to exchange pips I'm taking advantage of that fact! I'm getting worse as I get older so girls just think about the results afterwards :)
Wow 2 June you are the first and only 11 days away for you!!
Haven't tried the cream sorry, but I was told by my surgeon (completley forgot till now)to buy surgical tape and use this on your scars to help them heal a d a lady said vit e oil or cream is best to use ? Xx

Re: June Buddies
Oh no halo sorry to hear that, not long to go now and you will be pip free :)
I've been using vitamin e oil for a few acne scars and it seems to be doing a good job. This is what my surgeon has advised on scars:
The scar will take time to mature. During those first three weeks the scar will pretty much look after itself. By week three you should commence moisturising and massaging this scar with a good moisturising cream and rubbing quite vigorously, the aim being to soften the scar and speed up final scar maturation. X

Re: June Buddies
Hey Vix85. I can't wait. I think I'm ready! Got my v pillow, pain meds, zip up comfy top for travelling home in, face wipes, lady wipes & baby wipes. Sports bras in various sizes. Travel size toothpaste lol. Just need to download some movies to my ipad. Having Nagor Impleo 420 unders. Not sure I'm ready for the pain after but I know it'll be worth it. Not had much time off work this year so I've got just over 2 weeks off after my surgery. Xx

Re: June Buddies
Thank you!!
My surgeon said not to eat it two weeks before my BA as it thins the blood. Maybe different surgeons say different things.
