I've had a wee peak at them already while changing my sports bra :p but I'm looking forward to being able to have a shower (hopefully!!!) hope my scars have healed up too... I keep worrying about them :( 1 week!!! How scary? Thenwhole process has just flew in!! xxx

are you plastered over your nipples then or not? I am but think its cos i had nipple lift also, what times post op im there at 11am thursday xx

No I don't have any plasters over my nipples at all... i had my incision in the crease.. I am 11am tomorrow! :) how strange eh lol.. i REALLLLY hope for the all clear for a shower! xx

Fingers crossed you get that all clear for a shower gosh i hope i do too! First thing i will do is jump in and probably be in there an hour

Vix, feeling in limbo so a bit frustrating, which doesn't help the BP, they are putting my details in front of the head anesthetist on Thursday, they need one more acceptable reading before then so fingers crossed. It was coming down but it went back up today. I am gonna be just so disappointed if I have to delay again. Been looking forward to this for what seems like ages! Xx

Eddy - had a bit if boobie blues today and it really isn't pleasant at all.. I think I've cried enough tears to fill a river!! Lol I don't even know what I'm crying about... It changes that often haha :( all normal though.... So I keep telling myself lol xxx

Ah g hun, sorry to hear about the tears, they do say that hormone levels will be all over the place post GA, is your mum and boyf giving you lots of TLC? Is it general worry? What have you been up today in between the tears, maybe try and watch some silly movies?! A bit of silliness always help with the blues!!! Tell you what, you just need some distraction, lets all have a comparison on how many bras we have!! What is a 'sensible' number of bras for a girl to have?!! Who has the most?!! xxx

Yes lots of TLC today!! Mum has been fab and my sister who lives away from home got an earful for an hour or so on the phone lol! I think some of it is just discomfort... Maybe a little bit of boobie greed? I took myself back to bed earlier cause I got myself into a right wee state then I caught up ith my soaps :p my days are soooo empty lol (might be part of the problem too!!) can't wait to get back to normal life!!

I have 4 but all sports bras!!:( haha can't wait to get out and buy some new ones!! That ought to cheer me up! :p I think a sensible number is right up until the drawer wil no longer close ;) hahaxxxx

Glad your mum and sis are giving you lots of TLC hun! The down time is prob part of it you know g, you've been so busy and focused on studying which keeps your mind running at a million miles per hour then you come to a complete stop, it's hard for the brain to relax!! Good soap defo helps the brain to wind down, am loving Corrie at mo, (can't believe Tina is keeping the baby!!) which soaps are you into? Xxx btw am now going to count number of bras, might be a while...!!!

Thanks eddy really do appreciate your support.. Had a wee talk with cookie.. She's an absolute gem and has reassured me that most girls go through this wee stage.. I think its the big build up and then such an anti climax once its all over! Such a weird feeling..

You're so welcome g, this forum is so brilliant, all the virtual help goes a long way! Cookie is amazing with her advice isn't she? Glad you had a chat with her, she's so lovely and full of good insight, so lucky we have her as our moderator!! She's one in a million defo! It's true about the big build up, we must have so much natural adrenaline running through us leading up to the op, then a huge downer once it's done, it's difficult for the body to manage that change in chemical levels. Just keep watching those soaps! Have you trued Netflix, there's loads on there all on demand to keep you occupied!! I do try and catch Emmerdale too but Corrie is by far my fav, so chuffed Tina and Tommy are back together, it was a real awww moment!! She can't keep the baby surely, what's your legal opinion on that?!! Haha! Ok just counted 35!!!! Plus 5 sports!! Then there's the all in one bodies, I think I need a bigger lingerie drawer....!!! xxx

She is the best! So understanding :-) this forum has been the best support ever.. I genuinely believe I would have been too scared to go through with it without the support of all the ladies on here... I think I also would have driven my mum and boyfriend up the wall with my constant talking about boobies!!! I think your right... I really didn't think it would hit me because I was sooo happy yesterday then BOOM when I woke up I was a wreck! :-(

Yeah I know what you mean, this forum has been the best source of info, it's better than any advice the clinics/hosp can possibly give. I love the fact there are so many different opinions and view on every aspect of boobs, for me it's like getting a consensus!! It's been brilliant to be able to discuss every concern, every query, every up and down, its defo a journey isn't it?! I LOVE that everyone GETS boobies here!! I don't think, unless you're going through this, or have been through it, that you really understand the whole adventure that is boobies!!! I've have learnt so much on here! You should also try Agent Provocateur when you come to visit London g, it's worth a look!!

Haha, yeah I had to get a law question in there, thought I'd refresh the law memories!! It's been what two weeks??!! haha! I feel so bad for Izzy, it's such a dilemma as it's her baby genetically, there must have been test cases on this in real life?!

Thanks Eddy, vix and halo! Its such a rollercoaster but i woke up today feeling a little better. I think its the high expectations we develop after wanting something so long and then before younknow it is over!! Thanks Halo!' I am praaaaying that i get the all clear for a shower! Really hoping my scars have healed nicely.. I have been freaking out about them since day 1. Will let u know how i get on :-) xxx

Yea I worry about if there healing or still open jut don't let her tear it off, hate it when they do that and pull scab off :/ happened to my hubby (army nurse though) pulled hos plaster off hos appendix scar and made it an open wound grrrr

I deffo mentioning that tomorrow please don't tear it will you lol
I will just cry if they do!

Will look out for your post when your back I have to leave at 10 tomorrow it's almost hr drive to post op, is it with nurse and then we go see surgeon a mth down the line? I can't remember xx
