Cannot shift post BA weight ... ? Empty Cannot shift post BA weight ... ?

Post by TinyScarecrow 29th March 2013, 4:54 pm

Hello All

Did / had anyone had similar experience / feelings?

I am now 6 months post BA and i have not been able to shift the weight i put on after the op ... has anyone had a similar experience?

I have put on nearly a stone in weight since BA, unable to shift it and feel rubbish because in my opinion my boobs make me look fatter! Im usually very tiny and petite and now feel bulky with weight gain and 32 dd / e boobs!

Did anyone have similar experience?

Thanks x

I struggled to start with due to the lack of exercise from the recovery but once I got back into my old routines (which took about 4-5 months po) I soon got it off and I am actually 10lb lighter than I was pre-ba!

I know how you feel! It's taken me nearly five months to loose the weight I put on. It didn't help that Christmas was six weeks after I had it done!! Getting back into a full exercise regime again recently is what's made the difference xx

You'll lose it babe. A healthy diet and excercise and a lot of will power so as not to fall off the wagon and it'll soon come off. There's also a lot of those boot camps now to help shift the pounds, maybe you could join one of those?

Maybe get yourself a weight loss ticker on here to help motivate you? We'll help you if you need us babe. Xx
