bottom of boob sore
hi all so some of you may know that my left boob is still sitting higher than my right
the past couple of days when i raise my arms above my head the bottom of my boob feels really stingy and also when i feel that area it feels really hard is this normal xx

It sounds like mondors cord Tink. When you raise your arms can you see a stretch in the skin like this?

theres not pic there but i remember seeing ur pic before but i cant see anything there, when i push real hard i can feel the bottom of my rib, maybe its just my rib juts out more on this side and its been bruised or something, it had to be my dodgey side lol xx

Maybe try massaging the sore area anyway lovely to see if it does help. It won't hurt to try. Xx

Scartissue will feel hard and when it scars it can pull the skin when you strech your arms up x

Massaging the scar will help break down scar tissue but I never did and they smoothed out really well. Bio oil when you're allowed will help also and help keep skin supple so it won't hurt or pull when you STRECH x
