So i have 6 days left and im sooo nervous and emotional its so weird. I dont want to be nervous i dont think it just the procedure, i am so scared of infection. All my ops ive had infections part from one and my friend nearlly had her implant removed due to infection. Ohr im totally moaning just wish i had a guarantee id be ok after. Cant help feeling negative tonight.Im also nervous bout how they will look what if they dont look like i think they will !! is this normal thought this feeling came after not before lol

oh hun i totally know how you feel, infection is one of my biggest worries too :( i don't really know what to say except try your best to remain calm and don't think of the worst because then you might automatically be placing a negative view on the results. Wishing you all the best and sending you big hugs for your special day xxx

Hun, i went through the exact mixed bag of emotions.

One min, sooo excited, the next, thinking what am i putting my body through.
The ladies here have explained the nerves are normal.

This time next week you'll be sat at home peaking in your macom every 2 mins for a nosey at your beautiful new twins :D I'm so excited to go with you on sat but soooooo know how you feel i was in a right state the week
before :/ Think of us sunning it up in july cocktail in hand :ok: we can pack a whole suitcase just for bikini's & bra's HAAAAAAA xx

Everything you're feeling is so normal babe. I think there's very few of us who didn't have pre-BA jitters about one thing or another lovely. But just stay focused on the final outcome, read some of the BA stories our lovely ladies have left for us to read, they always help to remind us how exciting this all is!

Everything is going to be just fine hun! That ticker of yours has gone down sooooo fast and I can't believe you're only 6 days away from having new boooooobs! woohoo

This is such an amazing time in your life Katie and nerves or no nerves you're going to look back at this time after having your BA and realise this whole build up part was the very best part of your whole BA journey, so just enjoy it hun - you're almost there now! yahoo

I haven't got nerves yet but I'm a week behind so maybe this time next week I will!! One thing that made me super excited was looking through Victoria secrets bikinis, they are gorgeous and I'm going to treat myself before ibiza - have a look and I'm sure you can turn the nerves around babe xx

They ship to UK for 30 dollars, at current exchange if you spent 100 dollars it would cost you 62 pounds - expensive bikini but they are incredible, and to be honest I was spending more on gel bikinis I didn't even like, it's my first summer choosing a bikini I actually want and I'll be splashing out lol xx

Ah it's so normal to be an emotional wreck! You will be fine. Tell your surgeon and the nurses about your previous infections they may give you a longer course of ABx rather than the bog standard one week.

I'm flying to ibiza 5th July we got a villa with 13 of my friends lol so excited, half of them are gay but I couldn't face another holiday in gel bikinis :) pm me and tell me which bikini u pick, I spent about 4 hours looking Fri and couldn't pick so I've asked for evouchers for my bday in March and ill just get loads lol xxx

Katielou, you will be fine I promise... I had so many thoughts going through my head.
Why am I doing this to my body, I'm not a porn star so why do I need surgery, I'm confident already I don't get why i signed up for surgery, what if it goes wrong, what if i get an infection etc etc etc. My list of thoughts was endless. But then on the other hand I had some great positive thoughts too.
AND THEN
After surgery, I have not regretted it for one minute. People speak of boobie blues and so far I am very lucky and have not had one negative thought about my boobs (well apart from... god damn it I wish my nips would stop being so erect and hurty! haha)
I love my boobs, my OH loves my boobs and I wouldn't change my decision for the world! Can't wait to get into bras!
So although you're having nerves, thats all it is and you will be fine :0)
