Hi girlies

Hope your all well ?

Today I have sore boobs , can you still get pain after 3 months post op ?? It's not my scars it's the actually boobs ??

I'm such a worrier lol x

Sure you can Zoie yes

Its just your boobs way of telling you you might be overdoing things with your upper body right now hun. If you have been overdoing it a little the aching is your body's way of telling you to listen up!

You'll be OK so don't worry, I find a few days back in my sportsbra generally sorts itself out. Xx

I must admit I have got on with my life as normal and proberley should ease up a little on the work and lifting !!!
