Dressings off
After 3 weeks I've finally got my dressings off and can see my scars, they look okay for me. I'm a bit of a delayed healer but Im concerned about my left boob something isn't right. If I move my arm I have a tight bit of pulling and you can see a about a 2 inch long tendon/muscle pulling its about 3mm wide going in to the middle of my scar. I don't have this on the right side. I've made a pitcher trail and I'd be really happy if any of you can offer any advice.
I'll pm you my details
Thanks in advance

Re: Dressings off
Thanks Alice I know it's early days but I'm just not happy with it, seems as if the muscle/tendon it too tight. I will give the clinic a ring but they are in the middle of moving and I feel as if I'm being fobbed off a bit with appointments all over the place.
Your avi is Looking great Alice x

Re: Dressings off
Definitively mondors cord hun.
Massaging it really helps to release the tightness. Its not something to be concerned about hun. Many women get this and massage helps lots. Xx

Re: Dressings off
Try not worry too much it sounds like mondors cords as others have suggested. They are inflamed veins (I had one under my left breast) They can take a couple of months to go away , so not permanent! You can check with your ps to be sure thats what it is though.XX

Thank you Vixy. Aww I hope you get it sorted from what the girls think it is. I have never heard of that, but glad there is a solution for it. Shame your clinic is moving, thats a bit inconvenient hun. Hope you get an appointment to go in. Thinking of you xxxx
