I ordered a silent night pillow from asda direct. It was £6.99 came with case and in a good storage bag. Got it delivered to store for free.

The leaning over the bath was fine. I knelt and had rolled towel between boobs and side of bath. Looking forward to having my first shower tomorrow and hope I will be able to wash my own hair finally!

there is no way i'd be able to wash my own hair atm i can barely get my dressing gown on by myself. :( thats why i got my mum to do it for me yesterday then i should be ok today just washing down my body in the shower.

I am not good with dry shampoo either. It was my sort of last resort! I'm really into boob supply panic buying at the moment. I have enough paracetamol, non adhesive cushion dressings and surgical tape to start my own A&E lol. Must be the nerves March Buddies - Page 26 2661777810

haha hun you'll be fine stop panicking! i bought loads of stuff pre op and was wayyyyyyy over prepared. your clinic should provide you with all the dressings you need xx

Hi ladies, glad your all doing ok. Ill update my diary later as i slacked the past 2 days.
I managed to wash my hair in the shower on day one so you never know little miss you might be ok.
I slipped a bit in the shower today,ouch. xx

Ohhhhh ouchy! Hope you're alright! Yes everyone seems SO different its hard to tell. I think i just need to chill about it! lol

yah i love this forum but it shows you that everyone is so different, all the times given are just guidelines some girls sail through others have a harder time and take longer. as long as you're fit and healthy before the op and follow all the post op care given to you by your surgeon you'll be fine hun. deep breaths!! do you know what ive just realised. i was planning on doing a picture diary of how they change etc but wont be able too really with all this tape on them for 5 weeks :( will have to get a sneaky pic every time i change the tape

Over done it a bit today and paying for it this evening boobies feel very heavy and stinging round the incisions. Taking it easy from now on.

I had a call with my appointment today my first post op appointment is thursday looking forward to hearing my ps has to say xxx

Scary how fast march has gone! I can't believe I got my new boobies over 3 weeks ago, the time goes so fast! Yet it seems to take forever for BA day to arrive x

Evening ladies
Just wanted to know if any of you are experiencing what has started happening to my boobs today- it's starts a little bit of tingling and then goes all over both my breasts then they go rock hard for a few seconds then it stops for a while its happened about 20times today!!! Ihave named it the 'boobie orgasam' :ok:

boobs are feeling very heavy and tender today, can't work out if it's because i overdid it yesterday or because i'm getting the feeling back to parts of my boobs? probably a bit of both. Muscles seem very tense today but again i think that might be because they were previously numb. I have 50% feeling back in my right nipple, left nip still numb but i'd say i have about 30% sensation in the areola so it's getting there March Buddies - Page 26 1150991001

my dissertation needs to be printed & bound in 2 weeks time so am having a chilled day in bed going over my graphs and results as my boobs feel so heavy today feel like i'll topple over if i stand up! xx

Hannahp - all seems well thx. I am finding the pain on moving really hard, and the fact that moving is encouraged, so whenever I get settled, I have to move and the pain surges again:(

But I think I will have my dream boobies when it's all calmed down. I'm ready to turn that corner already, but its a few days yet!

I'm so PROUD of all you mamas with implants higher than my cute 290s! Can't imagine any bigger - I'd fall on my face Heart

Mind you, I'd say I am going to be Gwen Stephani-ish which is what I wanted.

Hola! So excited. Just got back from my 1 week check. They changed the tape I had on and showed me the scar. I was scared as I thought it was going to be really bad. It's sooo neat and fine you can barely see it. I'm so impressed. Not a stitch in sight either. Nurse was happy to so all good. cloud9
