Re: March Buddies
Hey everyone!! 4 days post op and I slept much better last night, maybe cuz I removed one pillow and the heaviness is much better today too. Feel a bit itchi where I think the stiches are but that's a good sign. I do think they might have swollen again as the cleveage is tighter again... Xx

Day 4 was definitely when I hit a turning point so I'm glad you two are both feeling better this morning. Lauren, don't worry about the swelling you will probably fill out again when you fluff. Xx

Re: March Buddies
angie, newboobz & lauren - thanks for sharing.. good to know there's a turning point after a few days. Can't believe tomorrow will be my day 1 - I'm a late surgery so just finished twittering around, cleaning, cooking, blathering about nothing to my OH.
Should I take my v-pillow to hosp or just have it ready in the car for the drive home???

Re: March Buddies
Thanks ladies! Maybe I will push it back a little then! I am just worried about how on earth I will wash my hair lol! It always makes me feel better when I feel blergh! I got some dry shampoo. That will have to do for a bit! What did you girls do about this problem?
No not long now! I am so excited. Seeing how you have got on has helped as well. It doesn't seem as bad as I convinced myself it would be. I'm feeling really quite brave, at the moment anyway!!??

Re: March Buddies
I thought days 3 and 6 were the worst (6 was because I went into town though and overdid it)! I'm on day 17 today and still swollen on my left side and today shooting pains have started in my right! But apart from that and the bra rubbing the scars I'm not feeling too bad and they are looking better each day :) x

Re: March Buddies
Little Miss- I got my OH to wash my hair over the bath. Was fine, no pain. He didn't dry it though- think that would of been asking too much but as I have wavy hair I could leave it to dry naturally.
Boodreams - I took my pillow but didn't really need it as they had plants of pillows plus the special reclining bed. X

Re: March Buddies
Thanks guys. OMG I can't imagine what I will look like if my OH does my hair lol!
I think I'll ask mum! So over the bath wasn't too uncomfy. I was worried about that being tricky with the bending.
Goodluck boobdreams! Eeeeek
PS - where is best to get my V pillow anyone?

I'm not sure about the neck ones in other places but argos neck ones are only about 1cm smaller than the body ones! Yet there is £10 difference in price lol xx

Boodreamz, ud be very comfy in the hospita, won't need the V pillow, might want it for the car on the way back though I didn't take it at all and managed just fine :-).- no shower for 2 weeks for me either but a nice sponge bath top half and shower bottom half works a treat :-) xx good luck boodreamz
