Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
I haven't worn my lonsdale at night..... Iv gone back into my high impact ones for bed time but give it a few more days and I may do as the high impact ones really do feel like they won't allow any movement which I understand is important but feels like someone is permanently holding into my boobs!! Lol
I wore a tight sports vest to be for the first few nights to just to hold them in place in case I moved around to much.,, that was when they felt really alien though... Now they feel like part of me I don't feel I need that any more xx

Hey scatty! Lovely to see you back babe
Heeheeeee best feeling ever is it!
Very normal hun. Although your boobs may look all healed on the outside they're still very much healing still on the inside and will still feel a little tender for a while yet yet babe.
It could mean either misf1 has given good advice about using two fingers just inside the band. It should just be comfortable enough to get them in with no looseness, if it does feel like you can get more fingers in then the band is too big and not too tight that its a struggle either babe, if it is then the band is too small. Xx

Couple of questions, 1 is the bruised pmt type feeling all normal at 5 weeks best way I can explain is if little one bangs his head or back off them head on they hurt

2 the band on my sports bra has started folding over on itself does that mean its too big or too small
