5 weeks post op and catch up!!
Hi all hope everybody has had a wonderful Christmas!!
Haven't been on for a while but thought I'd update. I'm now 5 weeks post op and everything is near enough back to normal, I'm now friends with all my sports bras and actually this might sound weird but I'm nervous about getting into normal bras I feel quite safe and happy in them now lol although it will be nice to get back into my vest tops!! Not sure if I've started dropping the ps said my pre ba boobs (if you could call them that) were excellent and very young looking for my age. I think that's a compliment lol but maybe ill take a while to drop. They are much softer and the bruised pmt type feeling is lots better. They still seem small but I've found that putting my shoulders back makes them look loads better so maybe I need to improve my posture now I'm not hiding them!!
Best news of all I ran down my front steps in the rain and my chest bounced YES bouncing boobies lol I don't think that novelty will ever wear thin hee hee
Couple of questions, 1 is the bruised pmt type feeling all normal at 5 weeks best way I can explain is if little one bangs his head or back off them head on they hurt
2 the band on my sports bra has started folding over on itself does that mean its too big or too small
Xxx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
I wouldn't recommend them they are terrible I only put it on for a nice pic!! It's way too small in cup and band is as loose as a little crop top so it's not just you tink ! I need a 32 dd and they only go up to 32d
Char I had 365 overs my avi looks small I had my shoulders hunched over caus it was tight lol xx

Lol sorry thought you meant cc ha ha the band on them are really loose I could of gone down to a 30 band and the cups are small a 32d on me seems like I've put one of my old bras on and there is no support at all for early post op xx

Noo I did want to know cc sorry I wasn't very clear!! Do you have a picture trail? I don't think they look small at all gorgeous shape and really natural, have they dropped and fluffed anymore at 5 weeks? They're just how I'd like mine but I'm only have 300 cc!! Strange not knowing how your exactly going to turn out lol xx

I know I thought I'd look like Jordan after trying on the implants in consult ha ha , I was really lucky I had no bruising swelling or pain so they have stayed about the same size. They do look natural nobody knows I had it done and to be honest for my frame they look good I just had a completely wrong idea of how they would look after, naked they are gorgeous they are dropping slightly and I can push them around now and create a cleavage so more than happy ill pm you picture trail xx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
I love them..... :) literally couldn't be happier.
I love the fact that with clothes I don't look hugely different... I was a 34c before so with a good bra I looked like I had a decent rack already....
What I really love though is how they look without the amazing bra.... I can't wait to be able to wear strapless tips and dresses, bikins and best tips without bras... That's when I think they will really be appreciated :)
They feel so soft already too..., its really suprised me.
I'm not one for wishing my life away but I can't wait to go bra shopping....
Hoping I will be in wires from 4ish weeks xxx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
Tink.... I didn't wear mine for the first few days but as they started to soften it has become my favorite.... I like the fact it's so soft and the cotton feels less restrictive than some of my higher impact ones like the triumph.
During the day I find its the most comfortable and easier to hide under clothes :) xx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
the sore feeling is normal hun. as for the bra, I'm not quite sure. if you can fit more than 2 fingers under the band it's too big. ah bouncy boobies, that feeling never gets old, even after 3 years it makes me smile.
Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
I actually think my oh is sick of mine! Lol
I keep telling him to look at them and touch them!

Ooooo that looks lovely... Don't have my size though.... :(
My oh is a bit scared of them.... I told him to have a little squeeze this morning to see how soft they were but he kind of stroked them.... Think he is worried they might pop. Lol xx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
2 fingers under the band, that's how you know if your dogs collars too tight too :).. Think I should get a different bra for at night? I presume I should keep the same bra on I'm putting in after my op for a few days? I need one of these macoms I've bought loads if cheap ones all different sizes I don't want to spend a lot if its not going to fit lol xx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
I changed my bra the morning after my op before I left hospital. I wanted to prove that I could do it without being scared of my boobs :)
Char; I have the following bras -
Triumph triaction- wore this immediately after surgery and now some nights
Z bra front fastening - changed into this morning after surgery and again wear it some nights
(These two are my most supportive)
Lonsdale x 2 - these are my day time bras and have been wearing since about 3 days post op
Cotton intimates solutions x 2 - more day time bras.... There is a pic of me in the black one on my pic trail..., these are more of a regular shape bra and better for concealing under clothes, but slightly less supportive so only just starting to wear these now.
All are in a 34e which my surgeon told me i would be and have just varied which fastening I use depending on how I feel that day but I have been lucky and had very little swelling so mostly on the tightest.
Hope this helps xxx

Re: 5 weeks post op and catch up!!
Yeh super!! I've got two high impact DD cup support ones that I thought are the most supportive, don't think I'll need E cup? Might get one just incase. Depends on the swelling, I've bought 34 C in Lonsdale and 34 D in case I end up smaller than what I think? God so confusing!! Do you wear your Lonsdale at night? Reckon ill have a better idea of what size a few days post op and invest in a really good one xx
