Re: nipple confusion
Well my nipples are in the right place to me . I have similar stats to you too! Was 32a pre op barely, nipples were quite symmetrical, my boobs look how they were when I had just had my kids( milk coming through ) . If there would be a prob with your nipples I am sure your surgeon would've commented on them x and I think you will defo achieve your cup or bigger

Re: nipple confusion
I was hoping for a large C or a D cup Hun x I am a 30 E now , but they look in proportion with my body . I had alright nipples , no boobs, and my nipples are just fine. They look the same as pre op although through the weeks I have noticed one may look a bit lower, then the same.. One boob bigger, then the same, then bigger... That's part of the recovery. I was not in much pain afterwards. I stopped pain killers about 3 days p.op. this didn't aid my recovery as I found I was doing too much with has held me up a bit on one boob, but no infections etc, just healing delay. I also hated the mess around me!! But when u are told to rest.. Rest! Just stay by hydrated, good diet, try and do some walking if poss. You will be fine Hun x after the first week you start to feel better, after 2 weeks especially . I haven't got a picture trail, it's not really my thing, but take my word for it my surgeon did a good job I love them xxx

Re: nipple confusion
They position the implant in the right place Hun so you nipples will be in the correct position.
Basically an implant will just give you a bigger version of what you have now. The nipple may strech a little like when your pregnant esp early post op along with all the skin being strectched x

Re: nipple confusion
The surgeon will have taken into consideration your breast width BWD when assessing the size, this will help ensure that the breast is fully filled in width and projection. Your nipples will stay in the same place, you'll just have bigger boobies. A hint for early post op is nipples can be a bit stretched and not always completely even looking different ways etc, in the early days weird things can happen, but they go back to normal when everything has settled down.

Re: nipple confusion
They get over sensitive, really numb, constantly erect. Itchy flaky. If you've breast fed you can get a tiny bit of milk leakage.
Re: nipple confusion
I am 3 weeks post op and my nipples have only just aligned themselves with eachother as there was some asymetry before when I first came out of hopsital. My left nipple is constantly erect, which after a while gets quite sore. As misf said, mine are quite dry also. Righty...well, I have seen hide nor hair of him since the BA...so one nipple always excited, the other is not bothered! Only after 3 weeks has righty started to come back to life and I can feel him a bit now.
Your nipples and boobs will do all sorts of weird things in the first few weeks. All normal. xxx I have yet to hear mind fart though...bit dissapointed! lol.
