I dunno if its cus I'm concious of them that I'm having broken sleep. I'm not struggling sleeping upright - lots of pillows are helping!

Definately feeling better today about them. I have major sunburn pain in them and that's about it. They look lots better & I'm hoping that my nipples will come back to life too my incident in the small hours has given me hope.

Girls iv been suffering with waves of nausea. It's horrible & I'm only taking paracetamol. Is this normal?

If you're still taking anti-bs Cazzy it could be those making you feel ill yes

ice packs for your boobs are A-MAIZZZ-ZING! Pop them over your noobs and they don't half give you some relief girls. I don't know what I'd have done without them after my surgeries. Xx

I wasn't prescribed anti-bs cookie. I can't work out what it is.

Can't ice packs hinder healing though by restricting blood flow?xox

The ice packs are perfectly fine over your boobs lovely. Just not near your incisions. It's only that area you need worry about but placing over is absolutely fine and an adviced aid for healing after a BA hun as long as they arent placed on the incisions for the reasons you stated Xx

The ice packs have been great for putting over my boobs for the swelling and pain. Although they make my nipples super hard and my left one hurts a little bit pushing against the surgical bra. I already have slightly bigger nipples as it is so they look pretty huge at the moment haha. Hoping they will go back to normal eventually.

Cazzy - I know it's only been my first night after my BA, but I definitely have been waking up every couple hours because of pain and to shift myself in bed a bit. Helps me keep on top of the pain meds though. Sorry to hear that you're feeling so sick and in pain, but your avi picture looks great and it all will pass in time and then you can really enjoy them :) Have you tried taking any Gravol or something to help combat the nausea? My nurse said that would be okay to take if I was feeling sick from the pills.

Yeh iv really turned a corner hun. Boobs are still sunburned lol, its the side boob that hurts the most. I'm more mobile & no longer granny like. I can wear pull overs & shave my armpits lol so all is going well..xox

Argh you can shave your armpits, I have had nightmares over not being able to for weeks lol :/ do you think you could manage to wash your hair? I booked an app to get my hair washed but I'd rather not pay the tenner to do it if I can do it myself x

Well my hair is at the stage of washing now and I think yeh I could do it if i hung over the bath with the shower head. I would prob get my dressings wet if i sat in the bath to do it. Iv asked my brothers gf to come in and wash it over the bath for me, just cus I don't wanna push it & my back is achey as it is..

I got my daughter to wash my hair Cazzy. It much easier together someone else to do it for for you 'cos you feel like your boobs are going to fall off when you lean over lol. So at least when someone else does it you can hold on them babies hahaha.

Ciantwo I was jus too excited too before my BA, i still am aswell watching them change lol!

My brothers GF washed my hair over the bath, but i did blow dry it myself (hanging my head upside down lol) & i was fine.

Im now looking forward to having a glance at my incisions on Tuesday. Saw somewhere that anatomicals mean bigger incisions so im interested to see how big/neat they are :)

I hope so! Lol. I don't have a bath so can't have a shallow bath to keep clean so I'm having to use the shower head and a flannel, but you never feel really clean do you unless you have a proper shower. Xx
