I have these implants,I am almost 4 weeks post op, do textured implants drop etc , I am quite full upper pole at moment and feel they look very stuck on looking.Once skin stretches and muscle relaxes( I've had unders)will the lower part of my breast fill out more giving a more natural slope to breast? or do textured round implants stay put and not change.

Any advice is so very much appreciated,
