Thick scars (keyloid) eww
I have noticed that one scar is thin and not that visible, but the other has gone keyloid, is this something that i am stuck with, or is there ways to get to go thinner, i assume its just the way my skin healed after a re op so i think i will be stuck with the thick sticking out scar, disgusting when i accidentaly touch it lol

I think the fact that you have one good scar is a good sign, as it shows your body doesn't always make keloid scars, so if it stays bad you could eventually have a small scar revision op and have a good chance of it being successful and not going thick again.
BUT as you're only 20 days post op it could just be going through a red angry stage and all settle down by itself anyway,

Your scars are still VERY new and they have a lot of changes to go trough so dot worry just yet. Unfortunately sometimes people can be prone to keloid scars (I have a couple) and they aren't pleasant but they are manageable. Should you still have problems discuss treatments with your surgeon, silicone sheets or gels can be used. I've tried both and prefer the gel as it stays put. The one I've used is called kelo-cote and it really helped to flatten one on my arm.
Other things are scar massage, cocoa butter, bio oil. But ensure you can start doing things like this before you do (your nurse should hae given the all clear) x

You've already been given great advice Dawn
I just wanted to add that when you next see your surgeon and if you're still unhappy with your scar, then do ensure your concerns are noted. Your surgeon will probably require you to wait up to a year to see how your scar heals and if by then things are no better then scar revision is possible to get a better result for you. But you must make sure your surgeon is aware so he can follow your progress and have everything written in your notes lovely. xx

i will let him know about scar when i see him which i think is 3 months post op? should be due to see nurse in a week or two too. The keyloid scar is the one i had alot of pain in.
Aside from the scar all healing well and feels normal again, but boobs are smaller than the 470s still which i think is well weird so i hope somehow they will grow a bit as wouldnt expect smaller boobs from a bigger implant lol
