I havent told anyone about my op except my mum sis and boyfriend. My sis is supportive as she is getting a BA in sept, my boyfriend is very supportive and my mum was initially worried but after I showed her what my boobs look like she agreed that if she were me she would want something done about them. She has a better pair than me at the age of 60!! Its a shame u have no one close to you that is supportive but its great that you can come here!

I juice fruit and veg nd I'm planning to follow some recipes out of a book I have to help with the healing. Thought some of you may be interested in some of the recipes:
Bruising - this recipe contains Bromelain which reduces bruising - 1 glass a day
1/2 pineapple
1/2oz fresh root ginger
1 small bunch of coriander

General recovery - provides anti-inflammatory enzymes, anti-infective essential oils and lots of vitamin C - up too two glasses a day
1 lime
1 mango
1 pineapple
5oz of live yogurt
1 oz fresh root ginger

I have loads of recipes for all diff stuff like constipation etc as well if anyone would like the recipes
