Chest exercise- do or don't prep op??
Hi girls,
I like to do weights In the gym and wondered if I should stop doing my chest now pre op? Little thought came into my head ( probably silly) that because I'm having unders that It be a lot harder for the PS to get them in if my chest muscles are tight/tonned if you get me!
Can anyone relate??? Or am I mad! Lol

Babe don't worry bout the 6 weeks off trust me you won't feel like it! Anyhow it's good o give your body a rest every so often. After your recovery you will feel ready to go back and muscle memory is great, you will find build it back up gently and within weeks/ months you'll be back to however you were before. So don't worry!
Lower abs, there's loads of exercises, leg raises holding a weight, v sit ups, the plank is a fantastic overall core, stomach strengthenr , plank then bringing knees into chest. But if it's stubborn fat then cardio and diet will make that come off! Xx

Thanks honey, I must keep that in mind when Im recovering and not get hung up it. Just remember that I will get back to it when my body is ready, plus be a little more conscious of my diet when not exercising for that period!!
I can see where my down fall is then, Im useless at V sits and leg raises! Must start practicing those and then maybe I'll start seeing a different....All my Ab work outs are upper abs or obliques. Thanks for the advice
