Confused about arnica tablet dose
Hi all,
Sorry if I am being a bit silly (again ha ha) but what dosage are you supposed to take of arnica tablets?
My nurse said it's fine to take them 1 week before op so I started on sunday and I took 2 and that's it but now after looking on the pack it says 2 every so many hours. Confused.com

Re: Confused about arnica tablet dose
I can't really remember now, but I think I was taking something like 12 of those little tablets a day! I took them 1 week before my op and for the week after.
Hopefully someone who is having their surgery soon or who has just had their surgery and taking Arnica will be a better help lovely. xx

Re: Confused about arnica tablet dose
I know!!!! Have you packed, unpacked, packed, unpacked, packed, unpacked your bag yet?
I say that because when my nerves kicked in everyday for that last week, I'd go through my back checking everything in detail to ensure I had everything, take a deep breath and sighed when all was good, then wake up the next day and go through the whole process again!
Awwww you're at the best time in your BA journey now LadyV. Make the most of this time now lovely, you'll remember this for ever.... xx
